Terms & Conditions

1. Replica movements are not manufactured to the same standard as genuine.

2. The price I quote is just an estimate, surprises are common when working on reps.

3. I don't source parts, customers are responsible to do research and to source whatever they want me to install before sending a watch.

4. I don't offer refunds on serviced movements even if they wont work properly after servicing. 

5. I wont cover shipping cost on any warranty work (back and forth). Customer is responsible for any shipping cost and insurance.

6. Rep parts are generally lower quality and as such some do break when removing, especially things like Cap jewel springs, second hands collet or tubes, Ceramic Bezels etc. These costs will be payable by the customer should such a breakage happen.

7. Sometimes, after a service, the watch can run with a lower amplitude than before. This can happen due to several factors such as the factories under oiling to make them look good on paper.

8. Date change +/- 10 mins of Midnight.

9. Regulation will always try to get within +/- 10 Sec/day

10. Any parts changed will be added to my inventory unless specifically requested back by you.

11.    £30 bench fee if work is declined.
